Hong zhao, Chi Hwa Hwa and me had a important discussion on our soccer today. We had discussed a lot of things and i shall summarized out the important point.
First, hong zhao think that is our attitude, we should encourage each other continuously during the match, instead of scolding and giving each other too much pressure. This way, we can't perform our best during the pitch and we ended up playing for the sake of not getting scolded. 'We should enjoy soccer!' by hong zhao. By scolding each other, the morale is down and the team spirit is no longer there!
Second, i think that we should swap position around in the match, like giving defenders more opportunity to strike, strikers to defend. Not only scoring goals mean you are good. Adapting to different position can allow us to not depend on one player a lot. Our team depend too much on frogs and bulb. Once a striker, doesn't mean forever a striker!
If we can achieve this two things, we can unleash the (dog) potential of each other de.
